During the concert season, there is a box office in the area of the “Black Sea Arena” working from 10:00 to 20:00, where you can buy tickets both cash and non-cash payments. However, if tickets for a particular concert are finished, unfortunately we will not be able to help.
If you decide to attend the event together with your child, you will not need to buy a ticket for up to 6 years. Just keep in mind that in this case, the child will not have a separate chair and will have to sit in the parent or guardian's lap.
In case if you lose your ticket or it has been lost, please contact us no later than 5 hours before the concert starts. In that case we will try our best to help you.
The VIP ticket includes a special place for parking the car in the area of the “Black Sea Arena”, an independent entrance, by which you will avoid queues, and a VIP space intended especially for you and most importantly you will have a place in central location of the Arena.
Selling a ticket to a third person is prohibited and the “Black Sea Arena” takes no responsibility for any possible complications related to this issue.
If you decide to go to the arena with your friends and do not want to go in the car in the area, you can use our special bus service from Tbilisi and Batumi for these occasions. You can also use the Georgian Railway service. We remind you that behind the Concert Hall (10 minutes walking distance) is Black Sea Arena platform.
If you decide to attend a concert with your little one, this is possible. You can freely enter into the area with a pram, washrooms are equipped with a space for arranging babies (diaper change). A pram can be stored during the concert at the Information Center of the Arena.
If you lost something during the concert and didn't inform it right away to Information Center, or just discovered the lost item late, contact us at the email address and write to us a brief description of the lost item.
